What is your return policy?
- Your refund will be issued solely in the form of store credit. A $7 deduction will be applied to cover return processing and restocking fees. This deduction will be subtracted from your store credit.
- You can return items from multiple orders in one return package. You will only be charged the $7 return service fee once.
- If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we are happy to issue a return label within 10 days of your order being delivered. Items must have tags still attached and be unused, unwashed and in their original condition. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.
- After the return label is issued, you will have 5 days to drop it off at the mail carrier.
- ALL SWIMWEAR, BODYSUITS, ACCESSORIES, EARRINGS are final sale.
what is the Shipping Time?
- Delivery time will account for processing time (1-2 days) and shipping time (2-5) business days for all US orders.
- Our goal is to provide free economy shipping (2-5 business days) with no minimum for all US orders.
- Orders ship from Milwaukee, WI.
