SHIPPING QUESTIONS

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. (Business days refer to Monday-Friday and exclude national holidays.)
  • Our goal is to provide free economy shipping (5-8 business days) with no minimum for all US orders. In addition to free returns (please refer to refund policy for additional information regarding returns).
  • Delivery time will account for processing time (1-2 days) and shipping time (2-6) business days for all US orders. 
  • Yes, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number about 1–2 business days after your order is placed. Make sure to also check your SPAM folder just in case our email gets stuck in there. We have a Track Your Order page under customer care, just copy and paste the tracking number into the page.
  • We are not liable for any packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or tracking number when shipping back your returns. Any additional shipping fees due to incorrect address will be the buyer’s responsibility.
  • To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames we advertise, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information.
  • The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is critical for ensuring timely delivery.
  • We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.
  •  Any additional shipping fees due to incorrect address will be the buyer’s responsibility. 
  • Yes, shipping costs are calculated on your order before you pay. Additionally, select items are available for worldwide shipping, unless specified otherwise.

Return Questions

  • Your refund will be issued solely in the form of store credit. A $7 deduction will be applied to cover return processing and restocking fees. This deduction will be subtracted from your store credit.
  • If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we are happy to issue a return label within 10 days of your order being delivered. Items must have tags still attached and be unused, unwashed and in their original condition. 
  • After the return label is issued, you will have 5 days to drop it off at the mail carrier.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.

Items marked Final Sale cannot be returned.

  • If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please include with the product being returned all original boxes, instructions and documents.
  • All return requests must be made within (15) business days of receipt. We have the right to decline return requests that are made after (15) business days of receipt.
  • Buyers must return the item within (15) days of receiving the return shipping label.
  • Buyers must be able to explain the reason for their return to the best of their ability.
  • Returned items must be unworn, unaltered, and in its original packaging with tags still attached.
  • Returned items must be sent in with the shipping label provided by Attire Focus. Any other methods of return will NOT be accepted.
  • Buyers may NOT place credit card disputes or chargebacks without first communicating with Attire Focus to come to an amicable solution in regard to their purchase.
  • ALL SWIMWEAR, BODYSUITS, ACCESSORIES, EARRINGS are final sale.
  • ALL ADHESIVE BRAS, SHAPEWEAR, UNDERGARMENTS and HOSIERY, are final sale.
  • We cannot accept returns on final sale items, or gift cards.
  • The cost of shipping to you for the original order (if applicable) is not subject to refund.
  • We are also not responsible for non-Attire Focus merchandise included in any returns.
  • Unfortunately, non-returnable and gift cards cannot be returned for store credit. 

FAQ Section

  • We do not accept exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. 
  • We are not responsible for items that are not in stock. (This is essentially, a return and a repurchase, for the same item)
  • If you have already returned item(s) from an order but would like to make additional returns of item(s) in the same order, you will be responsible for the shipping costs.

  • Your refund will be in the form of a store credit when your item is accepted in our warehouse. Please allow about 10 days from the time it leaves your house.
  • You will receive store credit in the form of an email.
  • If your item or items get delivered and have damages, please email infoattirefocusboutique@gmail.com, a photo of the damage along with your order number within 7 days of delivery. We will work quickly to give a refund for the merchandise in form of store credit, replacement or back to original payment form upon request.
  • Once items have been shipped, they become the property and responsibility of the purchaser. If a product is damaged in transit or is misplaced, it is the purchaser’s responsibility to liaise with the shipping carrier.
