Wholesale Returns

Please read the following carefully for terms and conditions on returns, exchanges, damages, etc.

All sales are non-refundable after 15 days.

Instructions for Returns/Exchanges/Damages:

  • To request a return label for damages, get authorization to send back/exchange any unwanted styles, or request refunds/store credits email attirefocusboutique@gmail.com
  • If you are reporting damages, please be sure to include pictures of the damaged pieces.

Change of Mind Returns

Shipping Fees for not as Expected, Change of Mind, & Other Reasons

  • If you wish to return an item due to a change of mind, you will receive a store credit for the value of your item.
  • A return shipping fee will be deducted from your store credit.

Defective or Incorrect Items

Wrong, Missing, Damaged, & Defective Items

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, you may choose to receive a full refund to your original form of payment.
  • In this case, Attire Focus will cover the return shipping costs.

What are the requirements to have my items accepted as a return?

  • All return requests must be made within (15) business days of receipt. We have the right to decline return requests that are made after (15) business days of receipt.
  • Buyers must return the item within (15) days of receiving the return shipping label.
  • Buyers must be able to explain the reason for their return to the best of their ability.
  • Returned items must be unworn, unaltered, and in its original packaging with tags still attached.
  • Returned items must be sent in with the shipping label provided by Attire Focus. Any other methods of return will NOT be accepted.
  • Buyers may NOT place credit card disputes or chargebacks without first communicating with Attire Focus to come to an amicable solution in regard to their purchase.
  • All SWIMWEAR, BODYSUITS, ACCESSORIES, EARRINGS are final sale.
  • ALL ADHESIVE BRAS, SHAPEWEAR, UNDERGARMENTS and HOSIERY, are final sale.
  • We cannot accept returns on final sale items, or gift cards.
  • The cost of shipping to you for the original order (if applicable) is not subject to refund.
  • We are also not responsible for non-Attire Focus merchandise included in any returns.
  • Unfortunately, non-returnable and gift cards cannot be returned for store credit.
