All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. (Business days refer to Monday-Friday and exclude national holidays.)
How Long is Shipping Time?
Our goal is to provide flat fee shipping (5-8 business days)
Delivery time will account for processing time (1-3 days) and shipping time (2-6) business days for all US orders.
What Happens If My Package Is Lost?
We are not liable for any packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or tracking number when shipping back your returns. Any additional shipping fees due to incorrect address will be the buyer’s responsibility.

The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is critical for ensuring timely delivery.
We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.
